Internationally employment prospects show growth, but companies do not seem to be planning salary increases over the next 12 months. This is indicated by the International Business Report (IBR for its acronym in English) of the Grant Thornton firm.

63% of company’s employees can expect a salary increase for 2015, up from 68% in 2013, down 5%. The proportion who expect an increase in inflation is only 13%.

Employees in Sweden (56%), India (39%) and Turkey (34%) expect the best gains.
